Influence of a Free Surface and Gradient Change of Material Properties on a Crack Behaviour

Tato disertační práce vznikla pod vedením školitele doc. Ing. Luboše Náhlíka, Ph.D. a pod dohledem školitele specialisty doc. Ing. Pavla Hutaře, Ph.D. Tématem předkládané práce je studium vlivu volného povrchu tělesa a gradientní změny materiálových vlastností na chování trhliny. Společným tématem práce je lomově-mechanický popis chování trhliny v blízkosti materiálové nehomogenity. V této práci je materiálová nehomogenita chápána buď jako hranice tělesa (rozhraní těleso/okolní prostředí) nebo jako spojitá změna materiálových vlastností. Disertační práce začíná rešeršní částí, ve které je popsán stav současného poznání týkající se studovaného tématu. Zaměřuje se především na popisy napjatosti v okolí obecného singulárního koncentrátoru napětí, konkrétně v okolí trhliny a V-vrubu. Je zde popsáno, jakým způsobem je ovlivněn tvar čela trhliny, která se šíří v blízkém okolí volného povrchu tělesa. Rešeršní část pak pokračuje popisem materiálů s gradientní změnou materiálových vlastností. V následující kapitole je stručně formulován problém a cíle disertační práce. Těžištěm práce je lomově-mechanický popis chování trhliny, která se nachází v oblasti ovlivněné materiálovou nehomogenitou. Důraz je kladen na popis pole napětí v blízkosti volného povrchu tělesa, kde dochází ke změně charakteru singulárního pole napětí. K popisu pole napětí je využito postupů zobecněné lomové mechaniky, která se využívá při hodnocení obecných singulárních koncentrátorů napětí. V následujících kapitolách je ukázán rozdíl mezi chováním trhliny v tenkostěnných a tlustostěnných konstrukcích, který je doplněn příklady. Použité metody a postupy jsou pak dále využity při popisu chování trhliny v materiálech s gradientní změnou materiálových vlastností. V závěru práce jsou diskutovány výsledky v širším kontextu.This thesis was written under the supervision of Assoc. Prof. Luboš Náhlík, Ph.D. and Assoc. Prof. Pavel Hutař, Ph.D. The topic of this thesis is the study of a free surface effect and gradient change of material properties on a crack behavior. The common theme of the work is a fracture mechanics description of a crack behavior near a material nonhomogeneity. Here, the material nonhomogeneity can be understood either as a boundary of a body (interface between body and surrounding) or as a continuous change of material properties. The thesis is introduced by a review part where the state-of-the-art of the concerned topic is described. This part presents several stress state descriptions in the vicinity of some general singular stress concentrators, particularly a crack and a V-notch. The influence of the free surface on a fatigue crack front shape is discussed here. The review part follows with the fracture mechanics description of the graded materials. The problem formulation and the main aims of the thesis are stated in the following chapter. The core of this work is the fracture mechanical description of a crack propagating near the material nonhomogeneity. The thesis focuses on a stress field description near the free surface of the body where a change in a type of the singular stress field occurs. Methods used in generalized fracture mechanics are applied here to describe the stress field near the free surface. The difference between crack behavior in thin-walled and thick-walled structures is shown and supplied by relevant examples. Methods and procedures used are later utilized for estimation of a crack behavior in graded structures. The thesis is concluded by the discussion of obtained results in appropriate context.

Obsahuje teoreticky základ k architektuře jMonkey Engine a herní knižnici Lightweight Java Game Library (LWJGL). Dále popisuje techniky při práci s objekty ve 3D scéně a jejich způsob implementace.This bachelor's thesis describes issues of interaction between Java Monkey Engine (jME) and models created with program Autodesk 3D Studio Max. It contains theoretical basis for the jMonkey Engine architecture and Lightweight Java Game Library (LWJGL). In the following section, the thesis describes techniques of working with objects in the 3D scene and their way of implementation.

Electric wiring and control of the hydraulic press with heating plates

Obsahem práce je elektrozapojení a řízení hydraulického lisu s topnými deskami. V práci je provedena specifikace řídicího systému a specifikace softwaru pro daný typ lisu. Dále je v práci proveden návrh řešení regulace vyhřívání desek, návrh elektrického zapojení pro bezpečnou práci lisu a ověření funkčnosti navrženého řídicího systému.This work contains elektrowiring and control of hydraulic press with heating plates. The work is carried specification management system and software specifications for the type of work is lisu. The work also made a proposal for the control of heating panels, design of electrical wiring for the safe operation of the press and verification of the proposed control system.

Import 22/07/2015Cílem této diplomové práce je prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření zjistit spokojenost důležitých dodavatelů a odběratelů společnosti, zabývající se nákupem a prodejem náhradních dílů na nákladní vozidla. Na základě výsledků výzkumu pak zhodnotit současný stav a s ohledem na strategii společnosti navrhnout opatření vedoucí k odstranění případných problémů. Práce se skládá ze dvou častí, přičemž v první z nich jsou popsány teoretické přístupy k dodavatelsko-odběratelským vztahům, komunikaci v rámci těchto vztahů, spokojenosti dodavatelů a odběratelů a strategii podniku. Rovněž zde je popsána problematika balanced scorecard, neboť právě v tomto manažerském nástroji hraje měření spokojenosti zákazníků důležitou roli. V druhé části následuje charakteristika společnosti, popis průzkumu, vyhodnocení získaných dat a závěrečná doporučení.The aim of this thesis is to find out satisfaction of the important suppliers and customers of a trade company through means of quantitative enquiry on the basis of questionnaire. The next goal is to detect the cause of dissatisfaction of the the suppliers and customers and to recommend particular measures with respect to strategy of the company. The thesis consists of two parts. In the first part there are described theoretical approaches to customer-supplier relationship, comunication, satisfaction of suppliers and customers and strategy of the company. There is also described problematics of balanced scorecard because big part of this management tool is represented by measuring customer satifaction. Dále popisuje použité techniky a externí knihovny při řešení problému interakce jME a Androidu a při práci s objekty v 3D scéně a jejich způsob implementace.This master's thesis deals with the possibilities of using open source 3D game engine Java Monkey Engine (jME) in developing applications for the Android platform. It includes theoretical knowledge for the jMonkey Engine architecture and the Android platform. In the following section, the thesis describes used techniques and external libraries in solving issues of interaction between jME and Android platform and of working with objects in the 3D scene and their way of implementation.

Diplomová práca sa zaoberá problematikou využitia prostriedkov umelej inteligencie pre podporu rozhodovania na kapitálových trhoch. Obsahuje teoretické poznatky technickej, fundamentálnej a psychologickej analýzy a prostriedkov umelej inteligencie. Na ich základe boli následne vytvorené konkrétne návrhy pre využitie umelých neurónových sietí pri predikcii budúceho vývoja hodnoty indexu S&P 500 za použitia vývojového prostredia programu MATLAB.This diploma thesis describes issues of use of means of artificial intelligence for the decision making support on stock market. It includes theoretical knowledge of technical, fundamental and psychological analysis and artificial intelligence. Based on these facts have been created specific suggestions for the use of artificial neural networks to forecast the future value of the index S&P 500 by using development environment of the MATLAB software.

Logistics of the Provender Service in CAF Units

Cílem bakalářské práce je výzkumné šetření civilní firmy při logistickém zabezpečení, metody šetření a její vyhodnocení a následná analýza, srovnávání běžného civilního proviantního logistického zabezpečení od armádního. V teoretické první části je představena charakteristika vojenské logistiky a charakteristika proviantní služby při zabezpečení vojsk v poli, dále představení 143 zásobovacího praporu, personál a technické prostředky vojenské proviantní služby AČR. Následuje podrobná analýza dopravní, přepravní logistika a technické prostředky proviantní služby civilního sektoru a následně výzkumné šetření a její výsledky a celkové zhodnocení. Výsledkem práce je celkové zhodnocení výzkumu a analýza v civilním a vojenském odvětví a také navrhnout další zlepšení chodu logistického zabezpečení proviantní služby v AČR.The purpose of this bachelor´s thesis is research survevy of civil company providing logistic support. Possibility of realization of heavy drive of tipping equipment

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou způsobu pohonu sklápěcích zařízení, určených ke sklápění kusů o velkém objemu a hmotnosti (řádově jednotky až desítky tun). Kromě souboru základních teoretických poznatků s touto problematikou spojených obsahuje i prakticky zaměřenou část, v níž je navrhován způsob pohonu konkrétního, v provozu aplikovaného zařízení.The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is description of possible implementations of a drive for heavy duty tipping devices, used for tipping large and heavy (up to tens of tonnes) pieces. Besides basic theoretical information contains the thesis also practical part, in which there is designed particular way to drive a tipping device, used in a production.

Integrity breach analysis of storage tank using FEM

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na výpočtové modelování kritického zatížení podtlakem a přetlakem opravené nádrže. Do této nádrže při čištění produktovodu vnikla směs plynu, která způsobila ztrátu integrity spoje mezi střechou a pláštěm nádrže. Nejprve je zde proveden kontrolní výpočet pláště nádrže za daných havarijních podmínek. Dále je zde popsána oprava nádrže včetně návrhu a kontroly nosného sloupu dle ČSN EN 1993-1-1 a ČSN EN 1993-1-6. V hlavní části práce jsou s využitím programu ANSYS Mechanical určovány odolnosti původní a opravené nádrže vůči ztrátě stability. Dosažené výsledky jsou srovnatelné s původní nádrží, jejíž odolnost vůči ztrátě stability nebyla opravou snížena.This master thesis is focused on computational modelling of critical external as well as internal pressure acting of the repaired tank. During cleaning of pipelines, the gas mixture entered into this storage tank causing loss of integrity in the connection between the roof and the shell. The first part of the thesis is focused on check calculation of the shell in exceptional conditions. The next part describes the repair of the tank including check of the pillar according to ČSN EN 1993 1 1 and ČSN EN 1993-1-6. The main part of the thesis is focused on determination of the buckling resistances of the tank in original as well as repaired state using ANSYS Mechanical software. The results are comparable with original tank, whose buckling resistance was not decreased due to the repair.
